Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery status.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier. Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days, but some items may take longer due to high demand, supplier processing, customs, or shipping delays.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. PrimoNook is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with PrimoNook.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when possible.
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect may qualify for a replacement, exchange, or refund after review.
Please note that return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
